Did I understand correctly that your belief is that “the plan” will be revealed to be the salvation of humanity via technology but it will eventually prove fruitless and then Jesus will return to save the true believers?
I believe the "white hats" are taking a plan that was started many decades ago, one that calculated no more than 10% of the population could be sheltered to survive a disaster cycle like Noah's flood. Instead, the white hats figured out technological solutions that would allow for a much greater survival rate. The key was to take control from the deep state, who was in charge of earth's survival plan, many in the grip of Satanists. I think there have been top scientists down in Antarctica working on the technology since the 60s. Now Elon Musk is the face on the fruit of their work. The white hats, with Trump taking point, have convinced the world leaders that their plan will work, so they can give up wars (which were really about the land that would survive a polar shift with the least disasters--the Middle East and Africa) and all are working towards equity and installation of infrastructure and planetary defenses, which include strengthening of the geomagnetic field and space operations. I saw how happy and relieved the Congressional committee and Fauci were in January, and think they had found out that the measures were working (including the virus and vax to mitigate barium fallout and radiation from the solar storms). They may believe this has bought them time to build the underground smart cities needed to shelter the population through a solar micronova. And so it might, if the Rapture didn't take away some of the critical personnel, bringing an end to man's plan for salvation (which will involve the voluntary prototype mark for smart city dwellers). That is the beginning of the 7 year Tribulation before the Second Coming. At the 3.5 year halfway point of the Tribulation, the world leader we call the Antichrist will have cobbled together the quantum computing part at least for the mandatory mark of the beast, but the geomagnetic field will drop and present no defense against incoming space rocks...and if those days had not been cut short, as Jesus told us, no one would survive. But instead, Jesus and the Raptured Church will return to earth to save the remnant of Israel from annihilation and defeat the Antichrist, imprison Satan, and begin the thousand year reign known as the Millennial Kingdom. Back to an agrarian lifestyle as God intended, with Jesus as our King, and with the Raptured church and Tribulation saints as His government to rule and reign with Him, while the survivors of Israel inherit the land promised to Abraham.
